A singing event on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti was organised for the students of Institute of Commerce, Nirma University. All the three semesters actively participated in the event, where they were melodiously humming and chanting bhajans in different cultural languages which prevail in our vast and diverse country like Hindi, Assamese, Marathi, Marwari, Gujarati, Sindhi, etc.
The event kick started with the evergreen bhajan ? Raghupati Raghav, where all the students joined in their fellow classmates to hum along. Other patriotic songs like Mile Sur Mera and Vande Mataram were also sung beautifully by the students.
This small gathering portrayed the enthusiastic participation of the young students who showcased not only their singing skills but also their patriotism. Active involvement by the students has pumped the passion and excitement for similar future events.
