Dr. Tanmay Pandit is an academic and administrative professional with a Ph.D. in Physics from Gujarat University, where he also awarded his M.Sc. in Physics as a Gold Medalist. He has extensive experience in higher education administration, academic coordination, research management, institutional development, and teaching, having served in roles including Assistant Registrar, Research Coordinator, Nodal Officer for NEP-2020 and SHODH, Institutional Development Plan Coordinator, and Dean–Faculty of Science & I/C Principal. His research expertise is in dielectric spectroscopy, molecular dynamics, and material characterization, with research publications in national and international journals and a patent to his credit. He has also been actively involved in academic, research, and institutional initiatives, including SWAYAM-NPTEL, and has received several academic and professional recognitions.
Mr. Kuldip Mali has completed his B.B.A. from Gujarat University. He has been working with Nirma University in Administration for more than three years.
Currently, he is looking after Exams Administration at the Institute of Commerce.
She has been associated with Nirma University for about two decades, heading the Management and Commerce library. She is also in charge of all campus libraries as a Chief Librarian. She did her Bachelors in Botany and Chemistry from Lucknow University and holds a Ph.D. degree in Library Science on the topic ‘Relation between Emotional Intelligence and Creativity of library professionals. She has a keen interest in topics related to Library services, user studies, and HR studies.
She has attended various Seminars, Workshops, and Conferences at the National as well as International levels and has a few papers to her credit.
I have completed my postgraduate degree in finance from Som Lalit Institute of Management Studies- Ahmedabad. I Have more than 8 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. I was associated with HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, and PNB Metlife as a Senior Relationship Manager. I have experience in sales, operations, and managing relationships with HNI clients. I have joined Nirma University – Institute of Commerce as an assistant Manager- Corporate Relationship.
