Preeti Kumari holds a B.Com (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, an M.Com from the Delhi School of Economics (DSE), University of Delhi, and a Ph.D. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Dr. Kumari has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses at institutions including Thakur College of Science and Commerce (Mumbai), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (Delhi), and Ramanujan College, University of Delhi. She has consistently contributed to high-quality academic discourse through her publications in reputed Scopus- and ABDC-indexed journals such as the Journal of Knowledge Management and the Journal of Intellectual Capital, as well as by presenting her work at national and international conferences hosted by leading institutions such as IIM Kozhikode, IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, and Sunway University, Malaysia. Her research interests span positive leadership, faculty well-being, organizational behavior, corporate governance, and business ethics—reflecting a commitment to advancing both scholarship and practice in higher education.
