The Students’ Welfare Board and Institute of Science organised a “DESHRAAG” – Patriotic Song Competition on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at the Nirma University Campus as part of celebration ” Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav- मेरी मिट्टी, मेरा देश “. In this competition, eight teams participated in the student category and four teams participated in the faculty-staff category, where Institute of Commerce were announced to be the winners in the Student Category.
Mr. Neeraj Pathak and Mr. Himanshu Lakhia were present as judges and guests on this programme. Heads of institutions, as well as a large number of faculty, staff, and students, were present to encourage the participating teams. The winning team was felicitated with a trophy and each competitor was awarded with certificates of participation.
