A teacher is a candle that spends their whole life lighting up the lives of their students. September 5 – the birth anniversary of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan is marked as Teacher’s Day and we celebrate it with joy and a lot of excitement to show our love and respect towards our teachers. This year, it was celebrated virtually due to Covid-19 pandemic. The anchors welcomed the faculties, staff, and students to the event which commenced with Jenisha Upadhyay’s (Sem V) prayer song. The program was then followed by different performances which included dance, music, and instrumental presentation by the students of semesters III and V. A small tribute was provided to our beloved teachers in the form of a skit, presented by students of ICNU followed by a fun quiz for the faculty members. As a token of love students presented a small speech about their memories with teachers and shared with them what they meant in their lives.
