Institute of Commerce organised a webinar on “MINDING THE MIND” on Monday, June 24, 2020. Dr Parag Amin, Dean, Marketing, SEISCOMS, Mumbai, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach was the keynote speaker in the webinar. Prof Udai Lal Paliwal, Dean, ICNU introduced to the theme of the webinar and the relevance of the webinar in the current scenario. Dr Sumita Shroff Goyal and Dr Avani Shah, Assistant Professor, Institute of Commerce, Nirma University (ICNU) moderated the webinar.
Dr Parag Amin discussed the necessity for minding the mind through examples in his interactive session. He demonstrated several mindfulness techniques for mind management. The active participation of the participants through Q&A made the webinar interactive. The webinar ended with a formal vote of thanks. A total of around 140 members, including the faculty members from ICNU, students from ICNU and other institutes were present in the webinar.
