Plants and trees are our natural capital and help in restoring balance in nature. Thus, on the occasion of World Environment Day – June 5, 2022, the NSS unit of the Institute of Commerce conducted a Plant Adoption Drive. The objective of this initiative was to extend a helping hand to society in reversing the loss of green cover and improving air quality. A total of 14 NSS volunteers and Prof. Ashutosh Pandey, NSS Programme Officer, ICNU, adopted plants and showcased their commitment to society and nature.
